Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests normal size of both kidneys with normal cortico-medullary differentiation.
There is a 7 X 5 mm calculus in mid pole of right kidney but there are no features of obstruction(it is a good sign). There is no hydronephrosis in either kidneys.

You may need conservative treatment for right renal calculus as it is asymptomatic. You may need calculus dissolving medicines and you should drink plenty of water. These may help in spontaneous passage of calculus.
If findings persists then you may need other options like lithotripsy etc.
You should consult urologist.

Get well soon.
Take Care
